Welcome

We are thrilled to host an exclusive event on the Frontiers of Proteomics, hosted by Evosep on December 2nd from 15.00 – 21.00. This event promises to be a convergence of minds and ideas at the forefront of proteomic research and industry applications.

Highlights of the Event:

  • Engage with peers, thought leaders, and users from the proteomics community in a dynamic environment.
  • Take an exclusive tour of Evosep’s new state-of-the-art headquarters and get a first-hand look at where innovation happens.
  • The event will conclude with food & drinks providing an opportunity for relaxed conversations.

This event is not just a meeting of minds but also a celebration of the leaps we have made in proteomics and a look forward to the future we are building together.

Our journey with the Evosep One for high-throughput proteomics

Talk by Jesper Velgaard Olsen, Professor and Vice Director at NNF Center for Protein Research, University of Copenhagen

My lab was one of the early adaptors of the Evosep technology. Evosep’s focus on high-throughput with short LC gradients and high robustness was a very good match with our deep human proteome profiling strategy based on massive offline high-pH reversed-phase peptide fractionation coupled with fast online LC-MS/MS analyses. We have since standardized our proteomics analyses on the Evosep One platform for most of our biomedical applications including phosphoproteomics, deep tissue and plasma proteome profiling as well as single-cell proteomics. This talk will focus on our extensive experience with the Evosep One for high-throughput proteomics applications.

ENHANCING HCP-MS ANALYSIS CAPACITY 3-10 FOLD WITH EVOSEP ONE

Talk by Thomas Kofoed, Cofounder and CEO, Alphalyse

The introduction of a new USP chapter detailing the use of mass spectrometry for Host Cell Protein (HCP) analysis is set to significantly increase the demand for this type of analysis. In response to this anticipated growth, Alphalyse has investigated the application of the Evosep One system. This system has been evaluated against the current technology used in over 600 projects, aiming to boost analysis capacity by 3 to 10 times.
