Evotip Pure is a consumable, C18 based device that serves multiple purposes. Peptides are immobilized onto the Evotip resin, desalted and stored until ready for measurement. Evosep Eno then elutes peptides from the Evotip Pure into the system as a start of separation process. Evotip is finally disposed of, together with unwanted contaminants. In short, Evotip Pure is a desalting device, a storage vessel for peptides and a single use, disposable Evosep Eno pre-column, all in one.
