SEMI-AUTOMATED SAMPLE LOADING USING THE AGILENT ASSAYMAP BRAVO
The Agilent AssayMAP Bravo supports efficient and reproducible loading of samples onto Evotips, while still requiring a centrifuge. The protocol supports both the AssayMAP and LT heads.
Two holders are required to run the protocols; an ‘Evotip’ holder and an ‘Equilibration’ holder. The corresponding 3D print files can be found here, or ordered directly through the shop (EV1142).
Find relevant protocols below.

Protocols
Agilent AssayMap Bravo – Single Column Protocol (AssayMap Head)
Single Column protocol that was designed to support user flexibility and allows for transfer of 8 samples (or a single column from a 96 well plate) at a time using the AssayMap head.
Agilent AssayMap Bravo – Full Head Protocol (AssayMap Head)
Full Head protocol that was designed to transfer a full set of samples from individual positions in a 96 well plate to the Evotips using the AssayMap head.
Agilent AssayMap Bravo – Single column protocol (LT Head)
Single Column protocol that was designed to support user flexibility and allows for transfer of 8 samples (or a single column from a 96 well plate) at a time using the LT head.
Agilent AssayMap Bravo – Full Head Protocol (LT Head)
Full Head method that was designed to transfer a full set of samples from individual positions in a 96 well plate to the Evotips using the LT head.
