The Evosep one is designed with 5 diagnostic tests to validate that the instrument is in working condition. Before running diagnostic tests always make sure that the Degas script is passing.

The troubleshooting guide is designed to aid troubleshooting and fixing issues with getting the diagnostic tests to pass. Always make sure to run the tests in the order specified in the guide and do not proceed before the test has passed.
