EVOSEP+ ADDS SPECIALIZED APPLICATIONS TO A STANDARDIZED PLATFORM

Here we introduce a new set of methods that extend the potential of the Evosep One platform for clinical research. While expanding our scope for specialized methods, we continue to deliver these with our key values such as ease of use, speed, robustness and sensitivity.

EVOSEP+ is a dynamic environment, which continuously provides simplified solutions to new applications.

 

MORE PROTEOME COVERAGE IN A SINGLE EXPERIMENT WITH THE EXTENDED METHOD

This Extended Evosep One method is designed for maximum proteome coverage in a single-shot analysis with an 88 min gradient corresponding to a throughput of 15 samples per day.

The raw identifications allow for 35,000 unique peptides resulting in 5000 proteins from data-dependent acquisition with excellent reproducibility.

Robust and high-throughput analysis with the Lipidomics method

Lipidomics is usually challenged by difficult storage conditions of volatile lipid extracts. This is solved by loading and storing the extracts on Evotips.

We observe excellent stability of lipid extracts on the Evotip for up to 30 h, which is essential for the scalability of the workflow. With a throughput of 60 samples per day, we identify  more than 1000 lipids from only 1 μL of human plasma.

ULTRA SENSITIVE ANALYSIS WITH THE SINGLE CELL METHOD

One of the greatest challenges in single cell analysis is to maintain sensitivity throughout the workflow by reducing sample handling during preparation and enabling ultra sensitive MS analysis.

The Single Cell method is designed for robustness and takes full advantage of the pre-formed gradients by delivering a flow of 75 nl/min by a single pump to the analytical column. We identify more than 1000 proteins from as little as 1.5 ng peptide material.
