Standard methods

How far will you go?

BUILT FOR STANDARDIZATION to bring you robustness

Purpose-built for modern proteomics, Evosep Eno introduces a comprehensive set of standardized, high-performance methods tailored to diverse research and application needs. It includes six standard methods, 500, 300, 200, 100, 60, and 30 samples per day, designed for typical applications and routine workflows that gives you:

  • Fixed methods for unmatched robustness
  • Specified columns for high reproducibility
  • Out-of-box reliability and productivity

The Six standard methods

With the six standard methods, Evosep Eno covers a range of use cases. You decide how fast you want to go.

Evosep Eno – new standards for routine, scalable, and high-performance LC-MS based proteomics

Together, these methods deliver consistent chromatographic performance, exceptional reliability, and scalable throughput. Whether the goal is ultra-high-throughput analysis at 500 samples per day or comprehensive proteome profiling at 30 samples per day, Evosep Eno ensures flexibility and performance across the full spectrum of proteomics applications.

Regardless, of the throughput chosen, the standard methods deliver robust chromatography with excellent peak performance as well as high intra- and inter-instrument reproducibility.

Industry leading interlab performance

Reproducible LC-MS performance ensures data integrity, pipeline efficiency, and faster go/no-go decisions. Evosep Eno shows ~0.5 sec retention time variation within instruments and ~2 sec across eight systems, supporting confident assay transfer with minimal adjustment.

You achieve excellent peak symmetry across all six standard methods, leading to impressive resolution and peak capacity. Collectively, this contributes to strong signal intensity and reliable target quantification.

Together, these gains reduce the need for re-validation, accelerate assay deployment, and ensure data comparability across labs and instruments, making Evosep Eno a strong foundation for scalable and robust LC-MS workflows.

With standardized methods you can transfer assays with confidence

The Evosep Eno is designed for throughput and robustness, while maintaining sensitivity for proteomics applications.

In industrial settings, transferring assays between instruments or labs often means re-validating methods, troubleshooting inconsistencies, and losing time. Evosep Eno changes that. With standardized methods and robust performance, you get reproducible results – run after run.

A comparison of eight Evosep Eno instruments showcase a retention time standard deviation of just 2 seconds, proving it to be a very robust inter-lab setup.

High performing methods

Evosep Eno’s standard methods deliver outstanding proteome coverage with unmatched throughput gains. They range in throughput from 30 to 500 samples per day, with each method specifically optimized for maximum utilization of the mass spectrometer by ensuring minimal overhead time between injections.

Using the Orbitrap Astral MS, the Evosep Eno identifies over 6,000 proteins at 500 SPD, while coverage scales linearly to 9,463 proteins at 30 SPD. Even at 100 SPD, more than 8,000 proteins are consistently quantified, making it ideal for high-throughput screening. All methods show excellent depth so it is really up to you, to decide how fast you want to go.
