AUTOMATED SAMPLE LOADING USING THE AGILENT ASSAYMAP BRAVO

The Agilent AssayMAP Bravo supports efficient and reproducible loading of samples onto Evotips. The automated sample loading makes use of a layered sandwich approach with defined airgaps between the layers. This sandwich is pushed through the Evotip with the AssayMAP Bravo pipette head for 100 seconds leaving the Evotip ready for injection on the Evosep One.

The automated protocol currently only supports the AssayMAP head. Two Universal Evotip adapters, 1 Evotip tool holder, 1 96-head plate and 1 sealing mat is required to run this protocol, which all are part of the Automation Kit (EV-1145).

SEMI-AUTOMATED SAMPLE LOADING USING THE AGILENT BRAVO

The Agilent LT and AssayMAP Bravo both enables efficient and reproducible loading of samples onto Evotips. This Semi-automated protocol still requires a centrifuge but handles all pipetting steps in your Evotip loading.

The protocol supports both the AssayMAP and LT head. Two adaptors are required to run the protocols; Two Universal Evotip adapters with one well plate, which all are part of the Bravo loading kit (EV-1142).

Protocols – fully automated

AGILENT ASSAYMAP BRAVO – FULL HEAD, AUTOMATED PROTOCOL for VWorks 13 (ASSAYMAP HEAD)

Full Head automated protocol that was designed to transfer a full set of samples from individual positions in a 96 well plate to the Evotips using the AssayMap head. This protocol uses positive air pressure applied by the AssayMAP head to push liquid through.

Agilent AssayMap Bravo – Single Column Protocol (AssayMap Head)

Single Column protocol that was designed to support user flexibility and allows for transfer of 8 samples (or a single column from a 96 well plate) at a time using the AssayMap head.

Agilent AssayMap Bravo – Full Head Protocol (AssayMap Head)

Full Head protocol that was designed to transfer a full set of samples from individual positions in a 96 well plate to the Evotips using the AssayMap head.

Agilent AssayMap Bravo – Single column protocol (LT Head)

Single Column protocol that was designed to support user flexibility and allows for transfer of 8 samples (or a single column from a 96 well plate) at a time using the LT head.

Agilent AssayMap Bravo – Full Head Protocol (LT Head)

Full Head method that was designed to transfer a full set of samples from individual positions in a 96 well plate to the Evotips using the LT head.
