          The Evotip Pure is the heart of the Evosep technology. It is a precision technology device with extremely high efficiency, integrating desalting with LC-MS sample introduction.

          Samples are efficiently concentrated and captured on the Evotip and desalted offline. Once the MS is available, you can simply transfer the box of loaded Evotips to the Evosep Eno without the need for additional preparation.

          The Evosep Eno will elute all peptides, while contaminants and large hydrophobic molecules remain on the Evotip, which is disposed after each run. This partial elution concept extends the column lifetime, and reduces the amount of carryover, ultimately eliminating the need to use expensive MS time to analyze blank samples.

During sample preparation, the sample is loaded onto the Evotip, eliminating the need for extra consumables like vials, pipette tips, and solvents for elution and re-suspension.

            Additionally, the minimal carryover of Evotips reduces or eliminates the necessity for blank runs during experiment setup, leading to significant savings in liquid organic waste and electricity usage.
