ULTRA-SENSITIVE ROUTINE APPLICATIONS
Whisper 20 SPD features a longer gradient in a series of methods developed with Whisper Flow Technology.
It has a gradient flow of 100 nl/min with a 60 minutes method duration – delivered robustly by standard Evosep One hardware.
The method is ideal for multiplexed single-cell workflows and for analysis of samples, where material is limited, i.e. from laser-capture micro-dissected tissue samples.

A LONGER WHISPER METHOD FOR INCREASED PROTEOME COVERAGE
The Whisper 20 SPD is designed for our EV1112 column and EV1111 fused silica emitter. It runs with a gradient flow of 100 nl/min and provides sharp peaks with a median FWHM of 5.3 seconds.
It is part of our dynamic beta environment and updates may be implemented for improved performance.
 ULTRA SENSITIVE DIA ANALYSIS
Data-independent analysis is ideal for sensititve proteome analysis. Using a DIA Hybrid library, almost 2000 proteins are identified from only 1 ng of peptide starting material. 70% of these proteins are quantified with a coefficient of variation below 20%.
This percentage is increased with higher peptide loads. Diluted HeLa (Pierce) were used and data analyzed with Spectronaut.
REPRODUCIBLE RETENTION TIMES ALL THE TIME
Retention time reproducibility is a key value when developing new methods.
We monitored the stability in retention time of two peptides across 15 consecutive injections and found the standard deviation to be 10 and 15 seconds respectively.
