Unleashing the true power of DIA/SWATH data acquisition with short gradients – Rapid profiling of pre-clinical models and proteome dynamics

This new case study from ETH Zürich highlights the advantages of using DIA/SWATH data acquisition with short gradients.

Application Note: Improve and enhance your proteome coverage with the performance column

We have developed a new Performance column for the 60 and 100 samples-per-day methods to address applications with high demands  The boost in sensitivity is particularly noticeable for lower loads, where peptide and protein coverage is improved with up to 100%.

Standard methods
Application Notes: 30spd, 60spd, 100spd, 200spd, 300spd

The five standard methods for the Evosep One covers a range of use cases from comprehensive proteome analysis with fractionation strategies to ultra high-throughput single-shot analysis.

Application Note: THE PROTEOMICS DILEMMA – HIGH THROUGHPUT ANALYSIS VERSUS PROTEOME DEPTH

With the five standard methods, the Evosep One covers a range of use cases from comprehensive proteome analysis with fractionation strategies to ultra high-throughput single-shot analysis.

EVOSEP+
Application Note: MORE PROTEOME COVERAGE IN A SINGLE EXPERIMENT WITH THE EXTENDED METHOD

The Extended method is the ideal choice for maximum proteome coverage in a single experiment, which is preferred, Especially when the amount of starting material is limited.

Application Note: Fast and reproducible phosphoproteomics
using MagReSyn® Amine and Ti-IMAC HP magnetic beads and the Evosep One

Speed up your phosphoproteomics studies with an efficient and reproducible workflow using magnetic beads and the Evosep One.

Application Note: Fast confirmatory analysis of rHuEPOs in
plasma for horseracing doping control

Fast confirmatory analysis of rHuEPOs in plasma for horseracing doping control by coupling Evosep One & Q-Exactive HF.

Tech Note: EVOSEP ONE: A GRADIENT OFF-SET FOCUSING HPLC INSTRUMENT FOR ROBUST AND HIGH THROUGHPUT PROTEOMICS

Evosep One has been designed specifically to address and eliminate the prevalent challenges associated with throughput and robustness of nano-flow LC-MS workflows while maintaining sufficient sensitivity and resolving power for clinical omics applications.

Authors: Nicolai Bache, Ole Hoerning, Lasse Falkenby and Ole Vorm

Evosep One Field Test at the max-planck institute

Implementing the Evosep One – a ‘gradient off-set focusing HPLC instrument’– into the workflow at the Max-Planck Institute removed a major hurdle to establishing proteomics as a standard diagnostic method.

Application note: GRADIENT OFF-SET FOCUSING HPLC INSTRUMENT FOR ROBUST AND HIGH THROUGHPUT CLINICAL PROTEOMICS

Until now, available separation technology has severely limited throughput and robustness but the Evosep One dramatically increases robustness and sample throughput while maintaining the sensitivity of current nanoflow LC instruments.

Sample loading protocol for evotips

Evotips are disposable, purification and loading trap columns. Evotips fit most standard pipettes and commercial robotic systems. Using Evotips results in simplified workflows that removes several sample handling steps and reduces injection cycle overheads.
